Rachel Doebber
Environmental Education Outreach Coordinator

Rachel Doebber began working for Parks & People Foundation as an intern for the Green Career Ladder Program in the summer of 2003. She enjoys her position at Parks & People because her job combines her love of teaching children and her concern for the environment. She received her B.S. in elementary education from Bucknell University and is a master’s degree candidate in Environmental Science and Policy at Johns Hopkins University.

Growing up in New Jersey, she credits her parents for instilling in her a love and respect for the environment at an early age through trips and hikes at the nearby nature center. She enjoys cooking, sampling Baltimore’s ethnic restaurants, reading, swimming, hiking the trails in the Baltimore City region and cozying up with her two cats.
