Kari Smith

Kari Smith joined the Parks & People Foundation in 2006 after coordinating Service Learning for AmeriCorps*National Civilian Community Corps for several years. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Kari found her true home, Baltimore, in 2004 and is a proud resident of Waverly. Upon her arrival in Maryland she was thrilled to find that the color green existed in abundance outside of a box of crayons! Kari spends her free time taking care of her garden, watching movies, volunteering, and trying new things.
