Thank you for your interest in the SuperKids Camp program!
To register your child online, you must complete and submit BOTH the general application and the meal plan application. The submit button appears on the very last page of each application.
When your application has been received successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Note that the name you enter on the general application for Legal Parent/Guardian Signature must match the name entered under Parent/Legal Guardian Information.
If you are registering more than one child, you must complete BOTH forms for each child. The applications are designed to be saved on your computer and retrieved later if you do not have all the information immediately at hand. You may enter your responses by typing directly into the fields on the form. Before submitting the applications, review the fields to make sure that you have completed all information required.
Your applications will not be processed until you make $40 application fee payment for each child registered via the secure payment button below using your credit/debit card or PayPal account. As you go through the payment preocess, be sure to enter your child's name using the link on the "Review Your Payment" page.
