SuperKids Camp
In 1997, the Parks & People Foundation started SuperKids Camp to provide a fun and engaging summer program for children in Baltimore City. The idea was to combine traditional summer camp activities with enriching learning experiences that would prepare students to return to school in the fall.
Since our first summer, over 16,000 children have attended SuperKids Camp and we are recognized nationally as a model summer learning program.
SuperKids Camp offers students enrolled in Baltimore City Public Schools a great summer experience and parents, the price is right - just $60 for the entire six week program!
SuperKids Camp is fun! Children enrolled for the summer will participate in all kinds of exciting activities like: swimming, sailing, performing arts, science, music, and drama.
The students in SuperKids Camp are learning. Our unique curriculum integrates reading and math into all aspects of Camp so while our campers are having fun they are also working to improve their literacy and math skills.
SuperKids Camp is an excellent opportunity for Baltimore City children to experience the joy of learning while having fun during the summer months.
