Parks & People Cuts the Ribbon on 3 New Green Spaces in East Baltimore (2025)
On December 11th, 2025, Parks & People, partners, funders, and community members gathered to cut the ribbon on the completed Yellow Bowl Park, 701 E Preston, and Preston 2K Community Garden. All three projects were post-demolition projects that transform vacant lots in East Baltimore into vibrant community spaces, adding 13,192 sq ft of newly renovated green space to Baltimore City!
