Request for Proposals: O’Donnell Square Park Central Renovation
Canton Community Association (CCA) seeks a Contractor or Construction Management firm to join in our effort to improve O’Donnell Square Park at 1021 S Linwood Ave, Baltimore, MD 21224. The O’Donnell Square Park Central Renovation Project consists of enhancing the central plaza area of the park to improve public use, aesthetics, and community programming potential.
