At this workshop, 2-4 members from of existing or soon-to-be green site will work together to create a project plan with help from skilled greeners. Topics covered will help you develop a successful project, such as organizing and outreach, goal and objective identification, budgeting and timeline creation, and more. Attendance is required for Start-up Grant applicants. Any group beginning or entering a new phase of a project are welcome and encouraged to attend.
