The U.S. Green Building Council recently announced the 2016 Top 10 States with LEED certified buildings and our state of Maryland ranked #7 on the list! In 2016, Parks & People Foundation received LEED Platinum certification (the highest level possible) for its Sally & Butch Michel Center for Parks & People. We’re so happy to have our headquarters serve as a model of excellence in green building to the local community.
