Joni “HeartSmiles” Holifield Park is a neighborhood park improvement project located in the Broadway East community of Baltimore City. Parks & People seeks a qualified landscape architecture and/or civil engineering team to lead a community-centered design process for park improvements that prioritize equity, accessibility, environmental sustainability, and long-term stewardship.
